My name is Ashley Caroline Morrell. But most people just call me Ash. I’m 21 years old, and a SENIOR @ Lee University with a major in Photo Journalism and a minor in Youth Ministry. I am a lover of children and black and white pictures, (all types of) ice scream, die hard Grey’s Anatomy fan, and I am a follower of JESUS CHRIST.
My boyfriend val (as featured below) is my absolute favorite person in the entire world. He is truly my other half and god has given me such a gift in him. He is currently a senior at Lee studying theology and will later go to seminary. We both have a dream of doing full time ministry and someday planting a church WHEREVER THE LORD MAY CALL US!
I’ve been taking pictures since I can remember, and I see such value in capturing moments that are real and that carry beautiful, pure emotion in people’s face. I believe those are the greatest photos. My goal as a photographer is to make my clients feel comfortable enough to be themselves behind the lens of a camera, feel unbound by the standards of photography, and enjoy themselves in a process of a session with me.
I like to consider myself a ‘Lifestyle’ Photographer, in that I shoot a little bit of everything and everyone— Weddings, Newborns, Senior pictures, Couples, Families, etc. You name it — I am there! My business is based out of Greenville, SC, But I am currently living in Cleveland, TN for school. I typically shoot in both places, however— I am always up for some traveling!
